Narrative:

On 3-1-15 Deputies responded to the 1000 block of North Foothill in Lindsay regarding an out of control juvenile. Upon arrival the victim advised the suspect threatened her with a metal bar. The suspect was located at the residence and arrested without incident. He was booked into Tulare County Juvenile Hall without incident.
