On 04-20-2015 at 1400 hours, deputies were dispatched to the 1900 block of Leggit in Porterville regarding a report of Criminal Threats. The investigation revealed the suspect threatened to kill the victim when he got out of jail. The victim was in fear for her life. He was arrested and booked into Tulare County Jail without incident.
