On 1-14-16 at approximately 2037 hours deputies were dispatched to a residence located in the 30500 block of Road 76 in Goshen regarding criminal threats and brandishing of a firearm.

When deputies arrived, the suspects had already fled the scene. The victim stated three unknown men approached his residence and demanded to be let into his home. When the victim refused to let the men into his residence, one of the males grabbed him by the arm, threatened him and pulled out a handgun from his waist. The victim’s wife screamed she was going to call the police and the three men fled the scene.

The victim described the male who brandished the firearm and threatened him as a white male adult who spoke Spanish. He was approximately 6 feet tall and between 200-230 lbs. The victim described the second victim as a Hispanic male adult approximately 5’10, 200lbs with a full beard. The victim could not describe the third male.
