On June 3, 2017 at approximately 1251 hours, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 18100 block of Avenue 295 in Exeter, for a follow up investigation. Upon arrival, Deputies located a large marijuana grow at the residence.
Deputies also located a male subject at the residence and he fled when contacted.
Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office responded to the residence and assumed the investigation. Detectives ultimately located 322 marijuana plants and a stolen handgun on the property. The suspect was able to evade law enforcement and remains at large.
During the investigation, it was determined the marijuana was being illegally cultivated in violation of HS 11358.
