Suspect’s: Juan Jilote Guerrero, 45 years of age

On 07-31-2018 at 0800 hours, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department TAGNET (Tulare Area Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Team) and TAGNET Majors assisted Resource Management Agency with a code enforcement abatement warrant at a residence in the 51000 block of Eshom Valley Dr., Badger.  While assisting Resource Management Agency, Detectives observed an illegal cultivation of marijuana gardens within the property and residence. 

As Detectives continued to assist Resource Management Agency, one subject was located in the residence, along with an illegal assault rifle and was later taken into custody for the above listed charges along with two active arrest warrants. 

A total of 6,000 marijuana plants were located, eradicated and destroyed.
