On Tuesday, 7-12-16 between 7:30-11:30 a.m., members from the Tulare County Sheriff's Tactical Enforcement Personnel Unit served two search warrants to investigate the cultivation of marijuana on the 500 block of West Beacon Avenue and the 600 block of Matheny Drive in Tulare.

During the investigation on the 500 block of West Beacon Avenue, in Tulare, more than 100 live mature marijuana plants with "budding" was seized, and suspect Juan Robles 52 years was arrested and booked into the Adult Pre-Trial Facility for cultivation of marijuana for sale with his bail set at $150,000.

On the 600 block of Matheny Drive, in Tulare, more than 120 live mature marijuana plants with "budding" was seized, and suspect Martin Dela Torre, 27 years old, was arrested and later booked into the Adult Pre-Trial Facility for cultivation of marijuana with his bail set at $20,000.  

There was no nexus between either grow site other than close proximity, and both Robles and Dela Torre are local residents.
