Almost 90 days ago, the Sheriff’s Office removed homeless encampments from the St. Johns River area. Homeless belongings collected that day have been stored in a C-train since the Jan. 9 detail.

Monday, April 10 is the last day homeless people can claim their belongings. To pick up their belongings, they should come to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office headquarters at 2404 W. Burrel Ave., in Visalia, this week and no later than April 10.
