UPDATE: MISSING AT-RISK FOUND SAFE. Deputies Need Public's Help to Find Missing At-Risk Adult in Visalia Area

UPDATE: Thanks to the public’s assistance, Tulare County Sheriff Deputies have located 64-year-old Larry Hulsey. He has been found SAFE and has been reunited with his family.

 

 

Have you seen him?

64-year-old Larry Hulsey was last seen around 11 a.m. on December 5th in 14000 Block of Avenue 313 in Visalia.

His family says he has undiagnosed Alzheimers.

He was last seen wearing a red and gray flannel, dark gray sweatpants and gray tennis shoes. 

He is 6 Feet Tall, 200 lbs, with salt and pepper hair and hazel eyes.
