Suspect 2: Francisco Avila, 24, of Cutler

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Second Drive and Sante Fe Road in the community of Cutler, regarding two incidents of subjects firing a firearm from a motor vehicle. Deputies responded and investigated the reported crimes.  

The suspects were contacted a short time later during a traffic stop and an operable firearm was located.  Both of the suspects were booked into the Adult Pre-Trial Facility without incident.
