On 05.09.2015 at approximately 1930 hours, deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Horse Creek and Sierra Drive in Three Rivers, CA. Upon arrival deputies made contact with the driver who appeared intoxicated. The driver was identified as Jeremy Grant, Age 26, from Visalia, CA. During the investigation it was determined he had been drinking with friends in Three Rivers prior to stopping at Horse Creek. California Highway Patrol was contacted and responded to conduct a further investigation. Grant was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to Tulare County Jail and booked for DUI.
