On 01-11-2016 at 2051 hours Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic enforcement stop in the Earlimart community at which time the vehicle fled.  Deputies continued to pursue the vehicle which they later abandoned and fled on foot.  One suspect was located in the orchard and apprehended. Several burglary tools were located inside the vehicle as well as ammunition.  The suspect was on active parole and not able to possess ammunition.  The suspect was later booked into custody. 

Suspect:  Ernie Macias, 30 year old male, Earlimart.
