On 07-20-18, Deputies and Detectives with the Tulare Area Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (TAGNET) responded to the 12700 block of Second Drive, in Cutler, regarding a shooting into an unoccupied vehicle. Through the course of this investigation, Detective’s contacted Pedro Cervantes, 53, of Cutler, a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Cervantes was arrested and booked into the Adult Pre-Trial Facility for PC 28900(a) a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and PC 30305 a convicted felon in possession of ammunition.
