            Elizabeth Hinojosa  FH/ 24 yrs  Delano, Ca.  In Custody

Charges: 11377(a) H&S- Possession of Methamphetamine, 11378 H&S- Possession of Methamphetamine for sales, 21510 PC- Possession of a switchblade knife.

 

            On 03/01/2016 the Tulare County Gang Violence Suppression Unit and the Interagency Gang Enforcement Team along with assistance from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Special Services Unit, Tulare County Probation Department and Tulare County Area Regional Gang Enforcement Team (TARGET) conducted a south county probation and parole compliance check targeting gang members to make sure they are complying with the terms and conditions of their parole and probation.

21 compliance checks were conducted in the communities of Tipton, Pixley, Earlimart, Terra Bella and Porterville.

The above listed subjects were contacted at their residence in the 600 blk of Marin in Earlimart. Avallar was found to have a loaded semi-automatic pistol in his pants pocket, ammunition and methamphetamine, narcotics paraphilia within reach of a small child and that he was out on bail for an unrelated crime. Hinojosa was found to have approximately 28.5 grams of methamphetamine packaged in individual packages for sales along with a switchblade knife in her purse. Both subjects were taken into custody without incident and booked at the Porterville Sheriff’s Substation on the listed charges. Booking Photos available through the Main Jail.
