Narrative:

On 04/09/2016 at approximately 2050 hours, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Porterville Substation were dispatched to the 500 block of South Larson in Porterville in regards to a suspicious person.  The investigation revealed the reporting party observed a Hispanic male subject in his back yard trying to open the back door of his residence. Deputies arrived and contacted the suspect who was in a possession of a firearm.  The suspect was arrested and booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office without incident.
