Deputies were sent to the 197800 block of Oklahoma, Plainview, on a negligent discharge of a firearm. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Christian Arreguin was in possession of a firearm. He was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm and was booked on that charge at the Porterville Jail.

Suspect: Christian Arreguin, Age:19 years
