On 07-03-17, at approximately 1846 hours, Deputies responded to the 700 block of North Park Street, in Pixley, regarding a man brandishing a firearm.

Upon arrival, Deputies contacted the suspect identified as Tomas Ramirez who matched to the description provided. He fled from Deputies upon contact and was apprehended minutes later by Deputies.

Deputies contacted the victim and learned that the suspect had brandished a firearm. The firearm was located and matched the firearm described by the victim and was found to be stolen.
