Felon in possession of ammunition, Possession of a high capacity magazine

On 03-14-18 at 0122 hours, Deputies responded to a traffic accident in the area of southbound Highway 99 and Court Avenue, in Pixley. Deputies located the vehicle unoccupied, as well as, a high capacity magazine loaded with ammunition.

The driver of the vehicle was located in the area wearing a bullet proof vest and was determined to be a convicted felon. The driver was subsequently arrested for felon in possession of ammunition, as well as, a high capacity magazine.
