On 11-23-16 at approximately 0010 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Porterville Substation attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle on the 1200 block of East Roby, in Porterville.  The vehicle failed to yield and attempted to flee from pursuing deputies.  The suspect vehicle ultimately stopped on the 100 block of East Date in Porterville where the vehicle’s occupants fled the scene on foot.
