On 06-04-17 at 0907 hours, Deputies observed and attempted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle. The stolen vehicle failed to stop and a short pursuit followed. The vehicle eventually lost control and rolled over in a grape vineyard.

The driver fled on foot and was later apprehended. He was identified as 58-year-old Rickey Wallis, of Earlimart.
