On 03/25/2016, Deputies executed a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for equipment violations. The driver, identified as William Alfaro, 21, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody and transported to the Porterville Substation booking facility. After multiple opportunities, Alfaro denied having any further illegal items on his person. During his booking process, Alfaro was found to be in possession of a controlled substance while inside a booking/holding facility.
