On 02/06/2016 Deputies responded to a residence in attempt to conduct a felony warrant service. Upon arrival,(S) 29 year old Jesus Pulido was taken into custody with no incident.

Multiple other subjects were contacted on the property who were outside with Pulido. (S) 23 year old Eduardo Soto was one of the subjects contacted. Deputies attempted to conduct a cursory search for weapons on Soto however he physically resisted and refused to comply with the Deputies' orders. Deputies were forced to use physical force in order to affect an arrest on Soto.

A Probation compliance check was conducted of Pulido’s residence and a bindle containing a white crystalline substance was located on the property. (S) 35 year old Steven Rice was taken into custody for separate charges.
