Suspect: Monica Moreno, 44 years old, out of Delano

On 8/15/2018, Deputies responded to the 5500 block of Knox Road in Alpaugh regarding a woman breaking the windows of a residence. Deputies contacted Moreno at the scene and she admitted to breaking the windows of the residence. The damage was estimated to be approximately $500. Moreno was arrested and transported to the Sheriff's Porterville Substation where she was booked for felony vandalism.
