On 1/25/2016 at 0105 hours Deputies from Pixley Substation attempted to execute a traffic stop on a vehicle for traffic violations. The driver failed to yield, and a pursuit ensued with activated lights a sirens. In the interest of the motoring public the pursuit was terminated.

Deputies were able to obtain the license plate number and responded to contact the registered owner of the vehicle who lives in Alpaugh.  During the investigation Deputies were provided with information regarding the occupants in the car, and suspect interviews are pending.
