            On 3-11-16, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Porterville Substation in regards to a fraudulent use of a debit card.

            Between 2-8-16 and 2-29-16, an unknown person used the victims debit card information and made approximately $21,684.24 in fraudulent charges.
