Over the weekend of Friday October 19^th 2018, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department TAGNET (Tulare Area Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Team) conducted a probation/parole compliance detail in the community of Plainview.

During the detail, Detectives conducted a probation compliance contact at the 19700 Block of Avenue 194, in Plainview, for Christian Arreguin, 21 years of age. During the probation search, Detectives located an inactive butane honey oil lab on the property. The lab, including processed marijuana and concentrated cannabis were taken as evidence. Arreguin was subsequently arrested and booked at the Porterville Substation on the above charges.
