On 04-21-16 at approximately 0930 hours, Deputies were dispatched to a report of a grand theft near the corner of Avenue 200 and Road 124 in unincorporated Tulare. On arrival, Deputies discovered a trailer containing miscellaneous tools that had been removed from a dairy.

The victim reported a loss of $5,350.
