On Monday, May 09, 2016, Deputies from the Orosi substation responded to the 4100 block of Avenue 360 in Traver for a report of a theft. Deputies arrived and discovered the suspect had cut a cable lock and removed a welder.

The suspect then fled the area with the above property.

This case is under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff's Office.
