On 07/26/16 at approximately 0010 hours, Deputies from the Sheriff's Pixley Substation responded to 800 block of East Lavonia Avenue, in Pixley, regarding the theft of a purse.  During the investigation, it was determined a suspect(s) stole a purse from a vehicle.  

The contents of the purse were valued at approximately $22,800.  Evidence was collected at the scene and the case is being actively investigated.
