On 10/03/16, at approximately 1910 hours, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Pixley Substation responded to a residence in the 3200 block of Avenue 62, in Alpaugh, regarding a grand theft.  Upon arrival, Deputies learned that a 3-week old piglet, valued at $60, belonging to the victim, Romaldo Otero, had been stolen from a pen at that location earlier in the day.
