On 10-18-16 at approximately 2347 hours deputies from the Orosi Substation responded to the area of R164 and Avenue 384 regarding a report of an Ag theft in progress. Once on scene deputies determined that a theft had occurred which resulted in an approximate $2000 property loss. The property was recovered and returned to the owner.

The case is currently under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.

Taken into custody were:  Frank Stover, 42 years, and Jaime Lee 40 years.
