On 12/08/2016 at approximately 1800 hours, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 19700 block of Avenue 195 regarding a grand theft. Sometime between 2130 hours Dec. 7 and 1730 hours Dec. 8, unknown suspects entered the victims vehicle and stole $1,850 worth of belongings.
