On 01-11-2017 at 0716 hours, Deputies were dispatched to the area of Avenue 8 and Road 144, in Delano, regarding a theft of a portable bathroom. After further investigation, It was determined the suspect accessed a grape vineyard and stole a portable bathroom.

The total loss was $3,000. It was later located in an orchard near the intersection of Avenue 8 and Road 144 and released to the victim.
