On 06/13/17 at 0645 hours, Deputies from the Sheriff's Pixley Substation were dispatched to the 9000 block of Road 112 regarding a theft from a dairy. Preliminary investigation revealed the suspect gained entry onto the dairy and took a 2016 Kubota RTV that was attached to a milk trailer.
The value of loss was estimated at approximately $17,200.
An extensive search of the area led Pixley Patrol Deputies to the recovery of the milk trailer and Kubota RTV in separate locations within the Pixley and Earlimart areas. The Kubota RTV and milk trailer were later returned to the Dairy owner.
Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Agriculture Crimes Unit were dispatched to the scene.
Further investigation led Detectives to the 1800 Block of Road 120 in Earlimart where Victor Silva of Earlimart was taken into custody on unrelated narcotics charges.
