On the afternoon of 12-12-2017 at approximately 1230 hours, Deputies responded to a report of a stolen industrial generator from an irrigation pond near the intersection of Avenue 280 and Road 140, in Visalia.  Ag Detectives responded to the area and took over the investigation. 

During the investigation, evidence was collected with the assistance of the Sheriff's Cyber Forensics Investigation Unit. With information collected from the scene, the equipment was tracked to a location near the intersection of Cherry Avenue and Green Street, in Visalia.  

The trailer was located unattended and it was returned to the owner.  This case is still under investigation.
