On 11-11-19 around 3 p.m., TCSO Deputies were called to the 7000 block of Elder Ave. in Goshen for an armed robbery. Two men working construction on a new housing development were held at gunpoint as their wallets were taken along with their 2003 Ford F-350. The victims' truck was found west of Goshen and is being processed as evidence.   

During the course of the investigation the suspect was identified as Emerito Cruz of Goshen. At this time, Cruz remains outstanding and is considered armed and Dangerous.
