On 03-02-2015 at approximately 1155 Hours Deputies from the Tulare County Sherriff’s Department responded to the 30400 Block of Sunrise Meadow in Exeter regarding a subject trying to enter a home which was occupied by the victim.  The suspect fled the area in the suspect vehicle on Highway 198.  Deputies located the suspect vehicle in the 21600 Block of Avenue 296 and took Nieves Papion into custody without incident.  Nieves was found in possession of a stolen camper trailer and other stolen property.  Nieves was booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility for violations of PC 460, PC 496, PC 594, HS 11377, HS 11364, and HS 11550.
