On 11/26/16 at approximately 1148 hours, Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the area of 40500 Road 124 in Cutler for a report of a gunshot wound victim.  The victim was transported to Kaweah Delta District Hospital where he was treated but ultimately succumbed to his wound.

Victim: Homero Torres-Muniz, 30, of Cutler

On 12/13/16, TCSO Violent Crimes Detectives arrested suspect Jose Luis Gonzalez, 51, of Cutler and booked him on homicide charges.
