Narrative:

Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s T.A.G.N.E.T. Unit (Tulare Area Gang & Narcotic Enforcement Team) completed a two week investigation regarding the illegal cultivation of marijuana.

Detectives served a search warrant in the 500 block of Beacon Ave in Tulare. A search of the residence resulted in the seizure of 208 marijuana plants. Detectives made 5 arrests related to the search warrant and a 1 year old child was released to the custody of child welfare services.

Arrested:

Eric Booker 31yrs from Tulare, charged with 11358 H&S illegal cultivation of Marijuana.

Juan Arias 26yrs from Tulare, charged with 11550 H&S under the influence of controlled substance

Johnny Graham 37yrs from Tulare, charged with 11550 H&S under the influence of a controlled substance

James Dean 37yrs from Tulare, charged with 11550 H&S under the influence of a controlled substance

Kristy Brown 35yrs from Tulare charged with 11550 H&S under the influence of a controlled substance & 273a PC child endangerment.
