Narrative: On the above date and TCSO Deputies responded to the Kingsburg area for a reported kidnapping and carjacking that occurred in the outskirts of Kingsburg (Tulare County area).  It was reported to Tulare County Deputies that the victim was forced into his semi-truck and driven to the Fresno County area when he was eventually released unharmed.
