Lewd act on a minor 14 or 15

In December of 2017, the Tulare County Sheriff's Crimes Against Children Unit initiated an investigation of Lewd Acts with a Minor.  Through the investigation, Detectives learned that the Lewd Acts occurred in the Orosi area and that the suspect was over 24 years of age.  The reported crimes revealed the suspect befriended the minor in early 2017 and he was identified as being Leonardo Martinez of Yettem.    


On 02/28/18, Martinez was located and arrested at his home in Yettem and subsequently booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
