Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, Narcotics Unit-Marijuana Investigation Team executed a search warrant at the 2100 blk of S. Crystal after Tulare County Fire responded regarding a structural fire.  Tulare County Fire personnel made entry into the residence to search for any possible victims and upon entering they immediately noticed the residence was being used to process illegal cannabis.  Detectives responded and upon arrival they determined the residence was converted into illegal cultivation for illegal cannabis.  Detectives found several items consistent with the conversion of marijuana into Honey Oil in the kitchen.  Several cannabis plants were also located throughout the residence however, were destroyed by the fire.  No persons were found in the residence and/or property.  Detectives located and collected the items consistent with conversion of marijuana into Honey Oil and several sheets of Honey Oil.
