On Monday, September 12, 2016, Tulare County Fire personnel were dispatched to a residence located in the 25600 block of Road 204, Exeter.  Tulare County Fire personnel arrived and found a structure on the property fully engulfed in flames.  The structure fire was finally extinguished, at which time Fire personnel located a large marijuana grow located to the east of the structure.  

Tulare County Sheriff’s Office deputies were then dispatched to the property regarding the marijuana plants.  Upon arrival, Deputies located 185 live marijuana plants growing on the east side of the property. During the investigation, it was determined the marijuana was being illegally cultivated in violation of HS 11358.  

No suspects were located during the investigation.  This case is currently under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Tactical Enforcement Personnel / STEP Team.  If you have any information, please contact Detective Sanchez at (559) 713-2950.
