On 03-08-2019 at 8 a.m., Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office TAGNET Majors served a Narcotics Search Warrant at a home in the 500 block of Bonita Dr. in Tulare. While at the home, Detectives found methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, scales, and other items associated with narcotics sales. Detectives also found several prescription medications prescribed to someone else.  Detectives arrested 50-year-old Bobby Lee Kay for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphanilia, Maintaining a Residence for Narcotics Use and Possession of a Prescription not Prescribed to Them. He was booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
