On 01-21-2015 at approximately 1120 hours, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department took a report at the Porterville Substation regarding a missing person adult.  During the investigation, Deputies learned missing adult was identified as Noe “Nono” Martinez and was last seen leaving his residence East Porterville on 01-19-2015 at 2100 hours. Martinez has not been seen or heard from since leaving his residence.     

Martinez was last seen wearing black jeans, and a black hoodie or grey Echo hoodie, and black and white Adidas shoes.
