On 3/3/2016 at 0200 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 21800 block of Avenue 296 in Exeter for a report of shots being fired in the area. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted the victim who stated he had been in a verbal argument with several subjects in front of his house. The subjects left the area, only to return a short time later and discharged a firearm by the victim’s home.
