On 05/04/2016 at approximately 0630 hours, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 21400 block of Road 226 in Lindsay in regards to a suspect shooting negligently in an orchard.  According to the reporting party, He witnessed a white mid 70’s extended cab pickup turn into an orchard. Shortly after the truck turned into the orchard he heard what he described as 3 shots fired.
