On 5-20-14 Deputies were dispatched to the Orosi High School Bus Depot regarding a gunshot heard and pellets striking the Maintenance building and one employee, Billy Estrada, who was not injured. Deputies located the Orosi residence from which the gunshot originated. Deputies contacted Garcia in his back yard, as he was attempting to shoot a hawk from a large tree. Garcia was arrested and his firearm was seized as evidence.
