Narrative: On January 3, 2017, at approximately 0845 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 14000 block of Avenue 392, Cutler, regarding a report of vandalism to an electronical control panel. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted the reporting party who reported an unknown suspect had shot the control panel causing damage to the internal parts of the control box. A single bullet hole was found on the door of the control panel.

The reporting party stated that the damage was estimated to be approximately $1000.
