On 09-01-19 around 2:30 p.m., Tulare County Sheriff’s Office AG Crimes Detectives and Tulare County District Attorney’s Investigators were called to a grand theft from an agricultural business in Seville. The stolen property was marked with CSI Smart Water, which is invisible. Detectives found evidence that led them to a home in the 15400 Block of Inyo Avenue in Seville.
Three people were at the house at the time and safely detained. Using a specific light, Detectives checked the suspects' hands and clothes for Smart Water and found the bright yellow substance on the hands of two of the people detained. 51-year-old Felix Medina and 45-year-old Juan Venegas were arrested and face charges of Grand Theft.
