Narrative:

On 02/21/2016 at approximately 7:57 p.m., a Deputy from the Porterville Sheriff’s Substation was at the Springville Fire Station and contacted the above mentioned female. It was learned the female was on active Tulare County Probation. The Deputy attempted to conduct a compliance check of the female. The female refused to comply with her Probation terms which ensued into a physical altercation. The Deputy was able to place the female in custody. Upon further investigation, it was later learned the female had narcotics in her belongings.
